The measurements listed in our table are in mm and represent the shoe's internal dimensions.

How to find the right size

1. Place a piece of paper on the floor next to a wall.
2. Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall.
3. Draw a line on the paper at the tip of your big toe.
4. Measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the line with a ruler or tape measure.
5. Using the size guide below, you can then see which size fits you.

Add 1-1.5 cm for children's sizes.
