Product Exchange

We only offer refunds, not exchanges.

If you would like a different product, simply place a new order and return your original item for a full refund. Please remember to complete the return form included in your package and send it back יחד with the product.


Returns & Complaints


How do I make a return?

You have 30 days to return the items from the date you received your order. Fill out the return form and use the return label that came with your order.

How to make a return

Simply follow these 3 easy steps:

Log in to the return portal using your order number & email address

  1. Follow the instructions & complete the process

  2. Print the return label or save the QR code to scan at the drop-off point

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a refund or your invoice will be credited.

As a customer with us, we offer free shipping and free returns on all orders over £60.

For complaint inquiries, please contact our customer service via email. You are welcome to reply to your order confirmation. To help you in the best possible way, we need three images that clearly show the issue:

  3. An overview image of the product

  4. An image of the sole

If your complaint concerns Powerboots

Please include an additional image of the back of the Powerboots label, located just below the reflective strap. These images are necessary for us to assess your case. From there, we will take care of your request.
